Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ZeniCash account and the data we hold for you at any time. This page describes the two paths: from inside the app (the fastest) and, if you have already uninstalled, by email.

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open ZeniCash.
  2. Go to Settings → Cloud Sync.
  3. Tap Delete account (at the bottom of the section).
  4. Confirm in the dialog. If the app asks you to sign in again, that is a Google security check — sign in with the same account.

This is the fastest path. The deletion happens immediately and you remain in control of your data until you confirm the final dialog.

2. Delete by email (if you've uninstalled)

If you no longer have the app installed and cannot sign in to perform the in-app deletion, send an email from the email address associated with your account to:

Email privacy@zenicash.com

Subject: Delete my ZeniCash account. We verify the request comes from the account holder by replying to the same email address, then proceed with the deletion. We complete deletion requests within 7 working days.

Once your account is deleted there is no way for us to recover it. If you want to keep a record of your data first, export it from Settings → Export while you still have access.
