Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ZeniCash mobile application and any related online services ("the Service"), provided by Manor Systems. By installing or using ZeniCash you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ZeniCash is a personal and small-business finance management application. ZeniCash is a tool, not a financial advisor; we don't give investment, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

2. Your account and devices

The Free plan stores data locally on a single device. The Premium plan enables Cloud Sync across up to four devices. You must keep your account credentials secure. Sharing a single account with an unreasonable number of devices may result in suspension.

3. Premium subscriptions

Premium is sold through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the respective store. Refunds follow the store's policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Premium gating.
• Don't use the Service for unlawful activities or to store data you have no right to store.
• Don't abuse the Cloud Sync infrastructure (excessive automated requests, data hoarding beyond reasonable use).

5. Intellectual property

ZeniCash, the logo, and all UI assets are property of Manor Systems. The data you create inside the app remains yours; we make no claim over it.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law Manor Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service, including financial loss arising from decisions made based on the data displayed by the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
