Handing everything to the accountant in one file
Premium
This is the feature rarely found in an app of this kind, and it replaces a job many people do by hand every month: gathering receipts, invoices and statements for the accountant. Pick the period and the accounts and the app builds one ZIP with everything.
Generating the package
- Settings › Proof package.
- Choose the period and the accounts — the line says what goes in ("All accounts" or "3 of 8 accounts") and opens the list on tap.
- Choose how each document should look (below), and generate. Share the ZIP or save it.
What is inside
- One PDF per movement, in a folder per account.
- The invoice documents, in a folder of their own.
- A spreadsheet with the statement of each account and of each customer or supplier — dates and amounts as dates and amounts, so the accountant sorts and sums without retyping.
Two document styles
- With the movement's details — each document with a strip on top: date, account, category, amount, note. Readable without the spreadsheet beside it.
- The document only — the file exactly as scanned, nothing added.
The choice is saved, like Professional only, Include movements without an attachment and Include invoices. Nothing to reset each month.
Honest about what is missing
If a document could not be fetched — no connection, or a file that lives on another of your phones and has not reached the cloud yet — the package says how many, and what to do, rather than delivering a green message with a hole in it.
Questions
- What does the accountant receive?
- One ZIP: a PDF per movement sorted in a folder per account, the invoice documents in their own folder, and a spreadsheet with each account statement and each customer or supplier statement, with dates and amounts as real dates and amounts.
- Only the business side?
- That is a saved choice — Professional only — along with "include movements without an attachment" and "include invoices". Set once, kept.
- A movement has its receipt on my other phone — does it go in?
- With cloud sync on, the file is fetched; if it cannot be (no connection, or the other phone has not sent it yet), the package says how many documents it could not include, instead of quietly leaving them out.
