Free vs Premium: exactly what changes
Free and Premium
Free is permanent: no ads, no time limit, no sign-up. Premium is for the person who runs a business from the app — or shares one book with others. Here is the exact line between the two.
Free, forever, no ads
- Dashboard · movements without limit · 3 accounts · categories and subcategories
- 3 budgets · cash flow and forecast · 5 recurring movements
- Attaching receipts and PDFs · importing data · local backup · PIN · notifications
- Exchange rates typed by hand · 24 languages · joining a shared space someone else created
Premium
- Accounts, budgets and recurring movements without limit
- Automatic receipt reading, on the phone, with optional AI
- Entities, invoices and current accounts · advances · due dates on the calendar
- Projects · bank reconciliation · export to Excel / CSV / OFX
- The accountant package · possible-duplicates finder
- Sync on up to 4 devices, attachments included · shared space · automatic exchange rates
- Advanced report sections and PDF · My business with logo
Price
€4.99 a month or €39.99 a year, as a reference in euros; Google Play and the App Store show the exact price for your country, tax included where it applies, before you confirm. Billing is theirs, and so is cancelling.
What the limits do — and do not do
A limit stops creating beyond it, never seeing or editing. Someone who had ten schedules before the free limit of five keeps, edits and pays all ten. When a subscription ends, records stay: what is marked professional stays marked, invoices and projects stay visible; sync pauses and the dashboard says so.
Questions
- Is there a time limit on the free plan?
- No. Free is permanent, with no ads and no nag screens.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes — the store shows the length at the moment of purchase.
- What happens to my data if Premium ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Records marked professional, invoices, projects stay visible. What stops is creating beyond the free limits and using the Premium tools; sync pauses and the dashboard says so.
- Does one subscription cover a family or a team?
- Inside a shared space, yes: creating the space needs Premium, joining is free, and everyone in it is covered for as long as they are in it.
